Composition : Mecobalamin 1500 mcg + Nortriptyline 10 mg + Pregabalin 75 mg
Mecobalamin : A form of vitamin B12. It helps maintain the health of nerve cells and their protective sheaths (myelin). Deficiencies in vitamin B12 can contribute to nerve damage and pain.
Nortriptyline : A tricyclic antidepressant (TCA). While its exact mechanism for pain relief is not fully understood, it's thought to work by increasing the levels of certain neurotransmitters (chemicals) in the brain and spinal cord that help regulate pain perception.
Pregabalin : An anticonvulsant medication. It's also used to treat neuropathic pain by helping to calm overactive nerves and reduce pain signals sent to the brain.
